The text, design, logo, icons, illustrations and documents on this site belong to Digital Flexing unless stated otherwise. The Digital Flexing name and logo are our trade marks. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link.
The downloadable guides are provided for information. You may share them internally within your organisation; please do not republish them as your own material.
Enquiries and quotes
Submitting the contact form does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to anything. Any prices, timelines or scope we discuss become binding only when set out in a written proposal that you accept.
Indicative timelines published on this site, such as build durations or audit turnaround, are typical rather than guaranteed, and depend on how quickly we receive material and decisions from you.
Results and performance
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic volumes, enquiry numbers or sales. No agency controls search engine algorithms or what an AI model chooses to cite, and anyone who promises otherwise is selling you certainty they do not have.
What we do commit to is set out in your proposal: the deliverables, the timeline and the reporting.

This site links to external services such as WhatsApp, Instagram and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Availability
We aim to keep this site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
