This policy explains what information Digital Flexing collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.
The short version: we collect only what you send us through the contact form, we use it to reply to your enquiry, we do not sell it to anyone, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing info@digitalflexing.com.

What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the contact form, we receive the details you type into it: your name, email address, phone number, a description of what you need, your preferred meeting date and time, and the commitment level you select. Nothing else on this site asks for personal information.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested. These are generated by the web server itself and are used for security and troubleshooting.
If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect anonymous usage statistics such as which pages are visited and roughly where visitors are located. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange the call you requested.
- To prepare a proposal if you ask for one.
- To understand which parts of the site are useful, in aggregate, if you have accepted analytics.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not send marketing emails to people who simply submitted an enquiry, and we do not add you to any mailing list without asking.
Who else sees it
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. It is shared only with the service providers that make this website work:
- Formspree processes contact form submissions and forwards them to our email.
- Hostinger hosts this website and maintains the server logs described above.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site, which involves your browser requesting files from Google.
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies. Google Consent Mode is in place, so these are loaded with all storage and advertising signals switched off until you accept.
Some of these providers are located outside Saudi Arabia, which means your information may be processed abroad. We only use providers that offer appropriate safeguards.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies at all unless you accept them. We use Google Consent Mode, which means our tag manager loads with analytics and advertising storage switched off by default. If you accept, your choice is recorded and analytics cookies are enabled. If you decline, the signals stay off and only your decision is remembered.
You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings, which will cause the consent banner to appear again on your next visit.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as we are in contact with you and for up to two years afterwards, in case you come back to us. Server logs are retained by our host on their own schedule, typically a matter of weeks. Analytics data is retained for fourteen months.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your information entirely;
- stop using it for any particular purpose.
Email info@digitalflexing.com and we will action it. There is no charge and we will respond within thirty days.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, so anything you submit is encrypted in transit. Form submissions go directly to our processor and are not stored on this website. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not store payment details, passwords or identity documents on this site at any point.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not intended for anyone under eighteen. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage.
