We Speak Travel. We Speak AI. Meet the Travel Marketing Agency Built for the Gulf & Africa

The travel map changed in six months.
- Dubai welcomed 44% fewer international visitors from January to August 2026 than a year earlier.
- Africa grew 4% in the first half of 2026, while the Middle East fell 22%.
- 80% of Muslim travellers now use AI tools for travel.
In short: guests are still travelling. They're coming from new markets, booking later, and asking ChatGPT before they ask Google.
The Travel Flex is about marketing travel in that new reality. Every two weeks, one Gulf or Africa travel-marketing problem and how to fix it, without the fluff. Issue 01 covers three things: who we are, why us, and how we do it for you.

WhoWho is Digital Flexing?
Digital Flexing is an AI-driven marketing agency for travel and tourism. We were founded in Dubai in 2018, we now run from Jeddah, and we work with clients in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman and Africa.
We're not a general agency that added a "travel" page. Our founder, Ibrahim Abdel-Magid, has worked in travel and tourism for 12 years in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Sudan and Egypt, selling trips as well as advertising them. He is a Certified Tourism Specialist in Saudi Arabia.
That experience covers the basics of your business. We know how a DMC's quote cycle runs. We know an adventure trip sells on real footage, not adjectives. And we know what happens to your margin when an OTA takes 20–30% of every tour booking.
Who we work with:
- Tour operators and adventure travel companies
- DMCs and travel agencies
- Hotels, resorts and serviced apartments
- Tourism brands entering Saudi Arabia and the Gulf
- African operators selling to Gulf travellers
WhyWhy Digital Flexing?
- We come from travel. We already know DMCs, OTAs, allotments, Umrah season and Riyadh Season, so you don't have to explain your business to us.
- We build for AI search, not only Google. Every site we launch comes with structured data and an llms.txt file, which help ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity read your business and recommend it. More on SEO & AI search ranking.
- Arabic and English, Gulf and Africa. We build bilingual sites with proper right-to-left layouts and research Arabic keywords. Our campaigns connect Gulf travellers with African trips, and African operators with Gulf demand.
- Speed. A website in 2–3 weeks, a brand identity in 1–2 weeks, and ads live in 3–5 days. City hotels are now taking bookings about two weeks out, so marketing that takes months to start arrives too late.
- Founding-client pricing. Our first clients get the full service at 50% below the market rate. In return, they let us publish the results.
HowHow we do it for you

Audit (week 1). We search for you the way your guests do: on Google, Google Maps, ChatGPT and Gemini, in English and Arabic. Then we find where bookings leak, such as slow pages, no WhatsApp, or a booking path that sends people to an OTA.
Build (weeks 1–3). You get a fast bilingual website with a direct-booking path. WhatsApp and an AI chatbot answer questions 24/7. We also set up the SEO and AI-search groundwork: schema, sitemaps and llms.txt.
Amplify (ongoing). Content is tied to real departure dates. We announce the trip, push the urgency, then post a 48-hour recap with real footage. Google and Meta ads target dates you can actually sell.
Measure (monthly). You get one monthly report in plain numbers: enquiries, bookings, cost per booking, the split between OTA and direct bookings, and how often AI assistants mention you.
What you get in the first 30 days:
- An AI-visibility and booking-funnel audit
- A keyword map in English and Arabic
- Website fixes, or a new site under way
- WhatsApp and an AI chatbot, live
- Your first campaign, running for a real trip or season
